Job description:

• According to the work order, preparing the machine for processing a particular part - inserting programs and tools into the machine, calibrating the devices, capturing zero on the piece, and missing the first piece.
• Correction of the first piece after an inspection in the control sector.
• Work on series and individual products, as well as complete control during production.
• Daily inspection and maintenance of machines and tools.
• Maintenance of workplace and machine hygiene.
• Adherence to all procedures prescribed by JOMI-ING.

Conditions to be met by the candidate:

• SSS of the mechanical profession; turner, technician NU machine, or some related direction of the machine profession.
• Desirable knowledge and reading of G and M codes, programming.
• The ability for teamwork, compliance with deadlines and norms.
• Professional responsibility.

Job description:

• Responsible for keeping records and documents.
• Responsible for preparing certification, product inspection (measurement, cleanliness, and visual appearance). Development of measurement protocols.
• Responsible for implementing and complying with the quality control procedure.
• Responsible for checking products, semi-finished products, and elements through the manufacturing stages.
• It classifies products with an error, marks them, and follows the procedure for their further flow.
• Assists in analyzing product non-conformity samples, reports on its product analyses and inspections, and the non-conformity resolution process.
• Collaborates in achieving standards, product quality to help define corrective and preventive measures.
• Performs tasks on the orders of his authority and is directly responsible for product quality.

• At least IV SSS of the mechanical profession.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments.
